Living out of state I wanted to have delivered a bouquet of flowers to my fathers gravesite. A call to the shop put me in touch with a friendly voice who helped me pick an arrangement and have it delivered to the site. All was accomplished and a picture was sent back to me. There was a small correction that needed to be made and that correction was made immediately by the shop. That attention to correct a small problem immediately is a great example of the outstanding service you can expect from this shop. I recommend them to anyone needing flowers in Woodbury TN. Flowers were gorgeous!

I ordered online, from Florida, so was really depending on the pictures I saw on your website. I ordered this arrangement because of the large, lovely, hot-pink flowers centered as the "focus" of the arrangement. They were not in the delivered arrangement. Instead of looking big, bright and cheerful, it seemed more like a funeral arrangement. (She sent me a picture). I was very disappointed that it looked so different than what I expected. Delivery was satisfactory/good. Thank you.

We are sorry to hear you were not happy with the arrangement delivered. We try to make orders as similar as possible to the arrangement chosen, sometimes unfortunately we have to substitute flowers, using the same color scheme for different colors or a flower similar to that color due to the availability we are able to get from our wholesale.
